The User Details step has a title (“Tell Us About Yourself” by default), a subtitle, and individual field labels that you can all customise to match your brand voice. Changing these copy elements makes the form feel more natural for your customers and can improve completion rates by setting clearer expectations.
Find the Title field at the top of the User Details settings panel. This is the large heading displayed above the form fields. The default is “Tell Us About Yourself”. Replace it with any text that fits your brand (e.g., “A Bit About You” or “Your Contact Details”).
Update the Sub title field with supporting context. The default is “This information helps us understand your feedback better.” Use this space to reassure reviewers about how their information will be used, or to give them guidance on what to enter.
Individual field placeholder text (the grey hint text inside each input) is customisable in the Settings tab under Input Fields Placeholder. Each enabled field has its own placeholder input. Change these to match your preferred language, tone, or specific instructions for reviewers.
Click Save & Next. The updated title, subtitle, and placeholders are visible on the live form immediately.
