Yes. Feedspace supports two types of ratings on the text review section of your form: a five-star rating and a like/dislike (thumbs up/down) rating. You enable ratings in the Capture Review tab under the Allow Text Review section. Reviewers select their score before submitting their written testimonial.
Inside the text review section, toggle on Allow Ratings. A star rating row appears in the form preview above the text input field. The default type is five-star.
To use thumbs up/down instead of stars, select Like/Dislike from the rating type options. The preview updates immediately. Both types ask reviewers to score their experience before typing their review.
Click Save & Next. The rating selector now appears on the text review step for all new submissions.
