Adding your brand logo to a Feedspace review form instantly makes the form feel like part of your product. Reviewers see your logo at the top of the form, which builds trust and reassures them they are in the right place. The logo is uploaded and managed inside the form’s Settings tab.

What You Can Do

Show your company or product logo on every page of the review form
Upload any image format including PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP (max 15 MB)
Toggle the logo on or off without deleting the uploaded file
Combine the logo with custom background and branding settings for a fully branded form

1. Open the Settings Tab

Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
Open the form and click the Settings tab in the form editor.

2. Enable Show Logo

Find the Logo section and toggle on Show logo. An upload area appears below the toggle.

3. Upload Your Logo File

Click the upload area or drag and drop your logo file. The maximum file size is 15 MB. For best results:

Use a PNG or SVG with a transparent background so the logo blends cleanly with any form background colour.
Use a horizontal or square logo rather than a wide banner to avoid taking up too much vertical space.

4. Preview and Save

The form preview on the left updates in real time to show how your logo looks. Once you are satisfied, click Save & Next to save your settings.

Can I use a different logo on each form?

Yes. Each form has its own Settings tab, so you can upload a different logo (or disable it entirely) for each form independently.

Where does the logo appear on the form?

The logo appears at the top of the form card, above the review capture content. It is visible across all steps of the form including the capture page, user details page, and thank you page.

Do I need to remove Feedspace branding separately?

Yes. Adding your logo and removing Feedspace branding are separate settings. Your logo can appear alongside the Feedspace “Capture reviews with Feedspace” badge. To remove the badge, toggle off Feedspace branding in the same Settings tab (requires a Professional or Business plan).
