What Are Review Forms?

Every business has unique information it wants from reviewers. Feedspace lets you add up to three custom text questions to any review form so you can capture the specific details that matter most to you, beyond the standard name, email, and company fields.
Scroll to the bottom of the User Details tab and click Add Custom Field. A new custom field row appears.
For each custom field you can set:
Repeat the steps above to add up to three custom fields. The Add Custom Field button is hidden once you reach the maximum of three.
Click the delete icon next to any custom field to remove it from the form. Save the form to confirm the change.
Click Save. Your custom questions will now appear on the form when reviewers fill it out.
Custom fields support two types: Text (single line) and Textarea (multi-line). Both types accept plain text answers from reviewers.
Custom fields appear in the order they were added. To change the order, delete and re-add the fields in the desired sequence.
Responses are stored with the review and visible in the Testimonials section when you open an individual review.
