Building trust starts with asking properly. The Feedspace consent feature adds a checkbox to your review form so reviewers give their explicit agreement before submitting. You get documented permission to use their testimonial in marketing, on your website, or in any public-facing context, giving both sides confidence in the process.
Scroll down to find the Collect Consent/Agreement toggle and turn it on. A consent text editor appears below the toggle.
Use the rich text editor to write the consent statement reviewers will see. A typical message might be:
I agree to allow [Your Company] to use my testimonial for marketing purposes, including on the website and social media.
You can format the text, add links to your privacy policy, or include any terms relevant to your business.
Click Save. The consent checkbox now appears on the form. Reviewers must check it before they can submit.
Yes. Once the consent field is enabled, reviewers cannot submit the form without checking the box.
Yes. Each review record in the Testimonials section shows whether the reviewer agreed to the consent statement.
Yes. Each form has its own consent text editor, so you can write a different message for each form you create.
