In the Form Content section at the top, toggle on Upload a Video, GIF or Image. A media upload area appears.
Click the upload area and select your file. Supported formats include:
Click Save. The media now appears at the top of your form when reviewers open it.
To remove the media, toggle off Upload a Video, GIF or Image. To replace it, upload a new file, which overwrites the existing one.
