Feedspace review forms do not impose a character limit on the review text field. Reviewers can type as much or as little as they like, there is no maximum length on the main review content box.
This is useful when you want detailed testimonials from customers who have a lot to say about their experience, without cutting them off mid-thought.

If you want reviewers to write more detailed responses, or to keep them focused, use the form description or user instruction field to add a prompt. You can update these in the form editor.
Once reviews are submitted, they appear in your Feedbox exactly as the reviewer wrote them. When displaying a review on a widget or Wall of Love page, very long reviews may be truncated visually. You can control this with the Shorten Long Reviews toggle in the widget or page design settings, which adds a “Read more” link so the full text is still accessible.

Yes. The full review text is stored in your Feedbox regardless of length. Any visual truncation you see on widgets or Wall of Love pages is display-only, the complete review is always preserved and can be read in full from your Feedbox.
