How Do I Add a Border to Review Cards on My Company Logo Slider Widget in Feedspace?

Overview

The Company Logo Slider widget in Feedspace scrolls your customers’ company logos across the page. When a visitor clicks a logo, a review card opens with that customer’s review. The Show Review Card Border toggle draws an outline around that card, and you set its thickness, corner radius and color.

The card opens over whatever sits below the slider on your page, so on a busy or pale section it can be hard to tell where the card ends. A thin border in a brand color gives it a clear edge, which makes the review read as a deliberate pop-up rather than stray text.

Steps to add a border to the review card

Step 1: Go to Widgets

Step 2: Open the Company Logo Slider in the editor

Click the Edit (pencil) icon on your Company Logo Slider’s card, then click the Design tab at the top of the editor.

Step 3: Turn on Show Review Card Border

Scroll the settings panel to Widget Color Customization and turn on the Show Review Card Border toggle. Border Thickness, Border Radius and Border Color appear underneath it.

Step 4: Set the thickness, corners and color

Border Thickness: drag the slider from 1px up to 12px.
Border Radius: choose none for square corners, or Small, Medium, Large, X-Large or XX-Large for rounder ones.
Border Color: click the swatch or type a hex code into the box beside it.

To see the result, click a logo in the preview on the left to open its review card.

Step 5: Save

Click Save & Next in the top right corner to save the border.

What’s next

Add a shadow to the review card so it lifts off the page as well.
Change the card background color to go with your border.

Common questions

Why don’t I see a border around the logos?

The border belongs to the review card, not the logo strip. As the note under Custom Colors says, these settings only apply to the review card that appears on click. Click a logo in the preview to see it.

Where did the border settings go?

They are hidden while Enable Dark Mode is on, because dark mode uses its own colors. Turn dark mode off to bring them back.
