The Floating Cards widget displays your customer reviews as animated notification-style cards that float and drift gently across the screen. Each card surfaces review text and reviewer information in a compact, eye-catching format that draws visitor attention without interrupting their experience.
The Show Review Ratings toggle, found in the Widget Content Customization section of the Design tab, controls whether star ratings appear on each floating card. When the toggle is on, a star rating is shown on every card alongside the review text and reviewer name, giving visitors an immediate visual signal of how strongly the reviewer felt. When the toggle is off, cards display only the review text and reviewer information, producing a cleaner, more text-focused look that can suit minimal page layouts or cases where rating variance might distract from the message.
Choosing the right setting lets you tailor the trust signal each drifting card delivers to match your brand style and the purpose of the page where the widget appears.
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left sidebar, click Widgets to open the list of all widgets you have created.
Find your Floating Cards widget in the list. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to it to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the panel. This tab contains all visual and layout customization options for your Floating Cards widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Content Customization section. This section groups the toggles that control which pieces of information appear on each floating review card.
Locate the Show Review Ratings toggle within the Widget Content Customization section. Toggle it on to display star ratings on every floating card, or toggle it off to show only review text and reviewer information. Your preview will update immediately so you can see the effect before saving.
Once you are satisfied with the setting, click Save to apply your changes. The Floating Cards widget embedded on your site will now reflect the updated star rating visibility the next time the page loads.
