Overview
When you invite a team member to Feedspace, they receive an email with an invitation link. If they did not receive the email, the link expired, or they missed it, you can resend the invitation using the Re-Invite button. This does not change their assigned role or remove them from the team member list.
How to Identify a Pending Invitation
In the Team Members list under Settings, each member has a Status column. A member who has not yet accepted their invitation shows a Sent badge next to their name, and a Re-Invite button appears in the Action column. Members who have accepted show as Active.
Steps to Re-Invite
- In the left sidebar, click Settings under the Workspace section.
- Click the Team Members tab.
- In the Team Members list, find the member whose status shows Sent.
- Click the Re-Invite button in their row.
A new invitation email is sent to the same address with a fresh link. The member’s role and details remain unchanged.
Common Confusion
Does Re-Invite change the team member’s role?
No. Re-Invite only resends the original invitation email. The role assigned when you first invited the member stays the same.
I do not see a Re-Invite button
The Re-Invite button only appears for members whose status is Sent. Members who have already accepted the invitation and are Active do not have a Re-Invite option. If you need to re-invite an Active member, you would need to revoke their access first and then send a new invitation.
The Re-Invite button is not visible to me
Only workspace Admins can manage team members. If you are an Editor or Viewer, you will see the team members list but not the Re-Invite or revoke options. Contact your workspace Admin to resend the invite.
Troubleshooting
The team member still did not receive the invite
Ask the team member to check their spam or junk folder for an email from Feedspace. If it is not there, confirm the email address in the Team Members list is correct. If the address is wrong, revoke their access, then re-invite with the correct email.
What You Can Do Next
- Once the team member accepts the invite, their status changes to Active and they can start using the workspace.
- If you need to change their role, revoke access and re-invite them with the new role.
