How Do I Add or Remove Emails in My Feedspace Automation Sequence?

Your Feedspace automation sequence starts with one email and can be extended with additional follow-ups. Adding a second or third email increases the chance of reaching customers who did not open or respond to the first message. Each added email has its own independent subject, body, timing, and send settings. Emails you no longer need can be removed at any time.

What You Can Do

  • Add a second and third follow-up email to increase testimonial collection rates
  • Configure each email with completely independent timing, subject, and body
  • Remove Email 2 or Email 3 at any time without affecting the rest of the sequence
  • Upgrade your plan to unlock additional emails beyond the Free plan limit

Plan Limits

  • Free plan: 1 email per sequence. The “Add a second email” button is hidden.
  • Professional and Business plans: Up to 3 emails per sequence.

How to Add an Email

1. Open the Automation Tab

  • Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
  • Open the form and click the Automation tab.

2. Click Add a Second Email

Below the Email 1 card, click Add a second email. A new email card appears with default timing and an empty subject and body. If you are on the Free plan and click this button, you are shown the plan upgrade prompt.

3. Configure the New Email

Set the Wait days (how many days after the previous email), Send at time, and Timezone. Then click Edit to write the subject, body, and CTA button for this email.

4. Add a Third Email (Optional)

After saving Email 2, an Add a third email button appears below it. Click to add another follow-up. This requires a Professional or Business plan.

5. Save Draft

Click Save Draft at the bottom of the tab to save your sequence with the new email included.

How to Remove an Email

1. Open the Email Card

Expand the email card you want to remove. Email 1 cannot be removed — only Email 2 and Email 3 have a remove option.

2. Click Remove

Click the Remove button on the email card. The card is deleted immediately from the sequence editor. Click Save Draft to confirm the removal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reorder the emails in the sequence?

No. Emails are always sent in order: Email 1, then Email 2, then Email 3. The order matches the card order in the editor and cannot be rearranged.

What happens to customers mid-sequence if I remove Email 2?

Customers who have already received Email 1 and are waiting for Email 2 will not receive Email 2 once it is removed. Their sequence ends at the last remaining email. Pause the automation before making structural changes to the sequence to avoid unexpected behaviour.
