Testimonials with a real reviewer photo are more credible and engaging than anonymous ones. The Avatar/Photo field lets reviewers upload a profile photo when they submit their testimonial. You enable it in the User Details tab, and it appears as a circular photo upload area on the form’s user details step.
In the Setup Fields section, find Avatar/Photo and toggle it on. The photo upload area appears in the form preview on the left.
Tick the Required checkbox next to Avatar/Photo if you want every reviewer to upload a photo before they can submit. Leave it unchecked if the photo is optional.
Click Save & Next. The photo upload field is now live on the form for all new visitors.
Reviewers can upload any image format up to 15 MB. The form shows the limit below the upload area so reviewers know before selecting a file.
The photo is stored with the testimonial in your Feedspace workspace and is shown on the testimonial card. It also appears in widgets and embeds that display reviewer attribution.
