After a reviewer submits your form, they land on the Thank You page. Feedspace lets you fully customise this screen, the title, message, and an optional media file, so the experience feels like a natural part of your brand rather than a generic confirmation. You can also add a video, GIF, or image to make the page more engaging.
Update the Thank you title and Thank you message fields with your own text. Both fields are required. The title is the large heading reviewers see first; the message is the supporting text below it.
Toggle on Upload a Video, GIF or Image. Click the upload area and select your file. The media appears on the thank you page alongside your message. Use a short thank-you video from your team, an animated GIF, or a branded image to make the experience memorable.
