When reviewer email notifications are enabled, Feedspace automatically sends a confirmation email to the reviewer after they successfully submit their testimonial. This reassures them that their submission was received and gives you a professional touchpoint after every collection. The notification is sent to the email address the reviewer enters in your form’s User Details step.
The reviewer email notification setting only appears when the Email field is enabled in the User Details tab. If you do not see the option in Settings, go to the User Details tab and toggle on the Email field first.
Scroll to the Input Fields Placeholder section. The Send Automated Email to Reviewers toggle appears below the field placeholders. It is on by default.
Leave the toggle on to keep sending confirmation emails to reviewers. Toggle it off if you do not want reviewers to receive any email after submission.
Click Save & Next. The change takes effect immediately for all new submissions.
No. The reviewer confirmation email uses a standard Feedspace template. To send a customised follow-up email, use the Automation tab on the form to set up a personalised email sequence.
If the Email field is optional and the reviewer leaves it blank, no confirmation email is sent for that submission. If you want to ensure all reviewers get the notification, make the Email field required in the User Details tab.
