How Do I Pause and Resume My Feedspace Form Automation?

Pausing your form automation immediately stops all outgoing emails without deleting your sequence or removing customers from your list. It is the right choice when you need to update your emails, take a seasonal break, or investigate an issue, and you want to pick up exactly where you left off afterwards.

How to Pause

1. Open the Automation Tab

  • Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
  • Open the form and click the Automation tab.

2. Click Pause

With the automation in Active status, click Pause at the top of the tab. The status pill changes from Active to Paused. No further emails are sent to any customer.

How to Resume

1. Make Any Changes You Need

While paused, you can edit your email sequence, update the recipient filters, or change your custom sender settings. Save the draft after making changes.

2. Click Resume

Click Resume at the top of the tab. The automation returns to Active status. Customers who had pending emails continue receiving them from where they paused. Customers added during the pause are enrolled from Email 1.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will customers miss emails sent while the automation was paused?

Yes. Emails scheduled during the pause period are skipped. Customers resume from the next pending email in the sequence once the automation is reactivated.

Is resuming available on all plans?

Resuming requires a Professional or Business plan. If your plan was downgraded while the automation was paused, you will need to upgrade before you can resume.

What is the difference between pausing and deleting?

Pausing stops emails temporarily while keeping your full setup intact. Deleting permanently removes the automation, its email sequence, and all enrolled customer data. Use pause for any temporary stop and delete only when you want to remove the automation entirely.
