How Do I See Which Customers Have Already Submitted a Review in Feedspace?

Option 1: Check the Customers Module

The workspace Customers module shows a Reviewed column next to each customer record. This column shows the date the customer submitted a review, or a dash if they have not reviewed yet.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Customers under the Workspace section.
  2. Look at the Reviewed column for each customer. A date means they have submitted a review. A dash means they have not.

Option 2: Check the Automation Customer List on a Specific Form

If you want to see review status for a specific form’s automation sequence:

  1. Open the form in the Forms section.
  2. Go to the Automation tab.
  3. Scroll to the customer list. Each customer’s row shows their automation status, including whether they have reviewed.

Does Feedspace Stop Emailing Customers Who Have Already Reviewed?

Yes. The moment a customer submits a review through the form, Feedspace marks them as reviewed and stops sending automation emails to them. You do not need to remove them manually from the sequence.

Can I Filter My Feedbox by Reviewer?

Yes. In the Feedbox, use the search bar or filter options to find reviews from a specific email address or name to see what a particular customer submitted.
