Labels in Feedspace are the tags you add to reviews in Feedbox to organise them. They are for you and your team only and never appear on a widget, so there is nothing to hide.
What visitors can see is a small platform icon on imported reviews, showing where each one came from, such as Google or Facebook. If you show reviews from several sources and want every card to look the same, turn that icon off with the Show Social Platform Icon toggle.
Click Showcase in the left sidebar, then click Edit on the widget’s card. The editor opens on the Select Reviews tab.
Click Design at the top of the editor. The settings open on the right and the live preview moves to the left.
In the Widget Content Customization section, find Show Social Platform Icon. Its description reads “Turn off this option to hide social platform icon from your reviews.” Switch it off to hide the icon on every review card in this widget. Switch it back on at any time to show it again.
Click Save & Next. The preview shows the cards without the platform icon, and an embedded widget picks up the change on its own.
Labels are still useful for building a widget. On the Select Reviews tab, open the filter and pick a label under Review Labels to list only the reviews with that label. To set up or rename labels, see how to create and manage labels.
