Overview
In Feedspace, you can view a complete list of everyone who has access to your workspace from the Team Members settings page. The list shows each member’s name, email address, assigned role, and invitation status, so you always know who is active and who still needs to accept their invite.
Steps to View Your Team Members
Step 1: Log In to Your Feedspace Account
Go to Feedspace and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Click Settings in the Left Sidebar
From any page inside your workspace, click Settings in the left sidebar to open the workspace settings area.
Step 3: Open the Team Members Tab
Inside Settings, click the Team Members tab. You will see a list of all current team members in your workspace.
What the Team Members List Shows
Each row in the Team Members list displays the following information:
- Name: The team member’s display name.
- Email Address: The email address associated with their account.
- Role: The access level assigned to the member, either Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
- Invitation Status: Shows whether the member is Active (they have accepted the invite and can log in) or Pending (they have been invited but have not yet accepted).
What You Can Do from This Page
Workspace Admins can take additional actions directly from the Team Members tab:
- Invite new members: Send an invitation to add someone new to the workspace.
- Re-invite pending members: Resend the invitation email to anyone whose status is still Pending.
- Revoke access: Remove a team member from the workspace entirely.
Editors and Viewers can view the team members list but cannot invite, re-invite, or remove members.
