The Free plan covers basic testimonial collection. The Professional plan (₹4,500/month) adds custom domains, auto-sync reviews, multiple workspaces, and longer video durations. The Unlimited plan (₹23,000/month) unlocks unlimited forms, API/webhook access, and done-for-you support built for agencies and high-volume businesses.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Feedspace plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

On the Free plan, you can collect video testimonials with up to 1-minute duration. The Professional plan extends this to 3 minutes, and higher plans support longer durations and HD video quality up to 4K on the top tier.

Yes. Unlimited review imports are available on all plans, including the free plan. You can pull in reviews from Google, G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, and 110+ other platforms at no cost.
