At Feedspace, we’re always finding ways to make collecting feedback easier and more efficient. That’s why we’re glad to introduce our latest feature: the ability to import existing textual feedback. All you need is a CSV file, which simplifies the process of bringing feedback from many sources—including offline channels—into one place.

Why Import Existing Feedback?

Consolidation: Import feedback into Feedspace, ensuring no comments are lost across different platforms, emails, or physical feedback forms.
Bulk Upload: Use CSV files to upload large amounts of textual feedback at once, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

How to Use the Import Feedback Feature?

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.

2. Navigate to the Feedbox section in the header.

3. Click the Import Feeds button.

4. In the pop-up, select the workspace and choose the text feed form where you’d like the imported feedback to go.

5. Upload your CSV file containing the feedback. (Ensure you have downloaded the CSV template beforehand and followed the format in the template.)

6. Click Upload Feeds, and you're done!
